With over 27 years immersed in the dynamic field of marketing, Laura Glotzbach’s journey began in various top New York advertising agencies, including Wunderman, MEC Interaction, and Neo@Ogilvy. During her 10 years in these roles, she focused on direct response media planning. As her career progressed, so did the media landscape, and her experience expanded to include planning across a variety of media channels and client objectives, encompassing industries such as telecommunications, finance, technology, education, and public service. She has worked with notable brands including AT&T, TD Ameritrade, Microsoft, and the Red Cross of Greater New York.
While working at these agencies, Lauraβs innovative work was recognized with the 2004 Rising Star Award from Media Post Magazine for developing an automated system that seamlessly links various data sources to enable direct response optimizations.
Today, Laura continues to apply her analytical mindset at LGS Marketing Services, the company she founded 15 years ago. Providing unbiased marketing campaign analytics is the cornerstone of the services her team offers. In a world where data is abundant, it is crucial to have a team that can navigate through the noise to develop measurement framework and campaign analytics that informs business decisions. Her team uses a variety of analytic tools to solve business challenges and has been trained by industry thought leaders like Edward Tufte and Stephen Few to deliver best-in-class data visualization techniques.β―
Laura holds an undergraduate degree in Advertising from Rider University and a masterβs degree in the Psychology of Leadership from Pennsylvania State University. Her commitment to lifelong learning is further evidenced by certifications from renowned institutions like NYU, Cornell, and The Wharton School.
Her dedication extends beyond professional endeavors, as evidenced by her active involvement in volunteering. At Rider University, Laura’s impact resonates through her mentorship, earning her the esteemed Hooper/Gibbons Mentor Award for her contributions to the Gail Bierenbaum Womenβs Leadership Council, where she also serves as a board member. In May, she was inducted into the Rider University Norm Brodsky College of Business Hall of Fame, a testament to her exemplary achievements. She is also starting her third term on the International Governing Board of the Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority. Her passion for sharing her experiences led her to become one of the contributing authors to the International Best Seller, “Stepping into Gratitude.”

ChayaΒ combined herΒ business acumenΒ and passion for charityΒ to found SOFKIN (sofkin.org), a non-profit organization that creates loving and caring homes for destitute and under privileged children.Β SOFKIN operates in The United States and in India and supports over 100 beautiful children. SOFKIN has youth groups established In New Jersey, Philadelphia, and India, where the students from local high schools and colleges volunteer for the organization.
