She hasΒ over 25 years of Information Technology experience, as President and CEO of PamTen, ChayaΒ conceptualizes innovative software productsΒ for PamTen and its clients andΒ oversees them from development to implementation.
Her passion to empower women in the field of Technology led her to found SheTek in 2018. SheTekβs mission is to raise the percentage of women represented in the technology industry. This is done by mentoring and encouraging women that are in or returning to the tech field and pairing these talented women with companies who need technology services and staff.
ChayaΒ combined herΒ business acumenΒ and passion for charityΒ to found SOFKIN (sofkin.org), a non-profit organization that creates loving and caring homes for destitute and under privileged children.Β SOFKIN operates in The United States and in India and supports over 100 beautiful children. SOFKIN has youth groups established In New Jersey, Philadelphia, and India, where the students from local high schools and colleges volunteer for the organization.
Monica Adya
As Dean of Rutgers School of Business-Camden, Rutgers University, Dr. Adya steers the direction of the school through strategic growth of undergraduate and graduate programs, an executive education unit, as well as Centers of Excellence. Her priorities include developing and implementing strategies for bridging academic scholarship with industry and developing the school as a model for access to high-quality business education. As a scholar in information systems, her areas of expertise include IT Strategy, digital disruption and transformation, design and use of systems, and workforce development in IT. Dr. Adya has delivered executive training to medium and large organizations in several of these areas as well as innovation and creativity in the workplace. She received her PhD in MIS from Case Western University, her Masters in Computer Systems Management from Creigton University, and Bachelorβs in Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

Jean-Philippe Gerbi holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at Metropolitan Commercial Bank. With an extensive background spanning over 25 years in Information Technology, primarily within the Financial industry, Mr. Gerbi has spearheaded strategic transformative initiatives. Throughout his professional journey, he has consistently promoted the utilization of technology to optimize operational efficiency, enhance security, and elevate customer satisfaction, as well as designed innovative solutions to drive business development. Since 2021, Mr. Gerbi has actively participated as a member of the Banking and Finance Committee of the French American Chamber of Commerce, New York Chapter. Additionally, he maintains affiliation with the Independent Community Bankers of America.
